Banquet Room Pricing
At Bel-Air Banquets & Events, we keep banquet room pricing and catering pricing separate, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Below are the room rental fees. For catering pricing, go here.
- Deposit – $200
- Monday through Thursday – $400
- Friday – $700
- Saturday, New Year’s Eve, and Thanksgiving – $800
- Sunday – $700
Our room rental fees do not include catering. Please note that we do not permit outside food or beverages. The rental fee covers white linens, skirted accessory tables, bartender, and room arrangement based on your specifications. We offer many in-house decorative upgrades for your convenience. Additionally, our rental includes beverage hosting, room set up & clean up, a five-hour rental with an additional charge of $100 per hour thereafter, tables set with white linens, and a basic PA system.

Linen service is not offered with the rental for The Arbor Room. However, we do have various decorative upgrades readily available for your use. We are able to provide small event catering through The Arbor kitchen. If you prefer to bring in outside food, you are more than welcome to do so, but please be reminded that all beverages must be purchased from Bel-Air. Clean up and rental of our facilities for up to 5 hours is priced at $100, with an additional $100 charge per hour thereafter.

Pool tables and dart boards are available to use. Linen service is not provided. The Arbor Kitchen offers small event catering. You can bring your own food, but all drinks must be bought at Bel-Air. You have to clean up after yourself, and rental is for 5 hours ($100 for each additional hour).

We do not provide a linen service with the VIP Room rental. However, our catering services through The Arbor kitchen are available for small events. You are welcome to bring your own food, but please note that all beverages must be purchased from Bel-Air. Rental includes clean-up and is for 5 hours. Any additional hours will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.

Bel-Air Banquets & Events offers catering for The Regency Room and The Empire Room with diverse menu options and fair prices. Our banquet pricing distinguishes between room rental fees and catering costs. Decorative upgrades are available in-house, as well as beverage hostesses and/or bartenders with flexible bar guidelines. Banquet Directors, Sonda Starr and Terri Lee, are available to assist with event planning.
